EMPLOYERS GENERAL OBLIGATIONS

- Withholding taxes. The employer withholds taxes based on the tax card given by the employee. The amount according to the percentages stated on the tax card is paid to the tax officials from the salary payments following month 12th
- Insurance. Arrange ssuch as employment pension insurance, accident insurance, group life insurance, unemployment insurance contribution, and social insurance premium
- Obligation to arrange for and pay for statutory occupational healthcare for employees. Kela reimburses reasonable and necessary costs of providing occupational healthcare
